Elara Voskian is a certified Q Arabica Grader and organic agronomy specialist with 12 years of fieldwork across shade-grown coffee cooperatives in Guatemala, Ethiopia, and Sumatra. She holds a PhD in Sustainable Crop Systems from ETH Zurich and co-developed the BioCup Certification Protocol for smallholder organic processors.
